Refund Policy

At Canna Wanna, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our valued customers in Orlando and beyond. We understand that sometimes situations arise where customers may wish to request a refund, return, or exchange, and we have created this policy to ensure complete clarity and fairness for everyone involved. This policy applies to all purchases made directly from Canna Wanna, including in-store purchases, phone orders, and any future online transactions.

Due to the nature of our products — which include hemp flower, THC-A flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, glass accessories, and other smoke-related items — we have a strict no-refund policy on all consumable products. This is to ensure product integrity, health safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Once a product leaves our store or is shipped to a customer, it cannot be returned for a refund, even if unopened. This includes flower, pre-rolls, cartridges, edibles, drinks, tinctures, and gummies. We take product safety seriously, and once an item is out of our custody, we cannot guarantee its handling or storage, which means it cannot be resold or restocked.

For non-consumable items such as grinders, trays, glassware, torches, lighters, rolling machines, and similar accessories, we offer a limited return window of seven (7) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the product for any signs of use or damage before approving a refund or exchange. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or wear are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately, either by phone at (407) 521-7923 or by visiting the store in person. For defective items, we will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Proof of defect, such as photos or videos, may be required for verification. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality, such as minor scratches on packaging, are not considered defects eligible for a refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Once an item is purchased, the sale is considered final unless the item meets the criteria for defect or eligibility for return as outlined above. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases. We encourage all customers to ask questions, inspect products, and ensure they are satisfied with their selections before completing a purchase.

Special or discounted items, including those purchased during promotions, sales, bundle deals, or clearance events, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This ensures fairness to all customers who take advantage of these special deals and allows us to keep offering competitive prices.

If an order is canceled before fulfillment, we may offer a full refund, minus any processing fees incurred if payment was processed by a third-party provider such as a credit card processor. Once an order has been shipped or picked up, it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

In the event of a shipping issue, such as a package lost in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation. However, Canna Wanna is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" but cannot be located by the recipient. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address to minimize the risk of theft or misdelivery. Refunds will not be issued for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

For products purchased online (if applicable in the future), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

In cases where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If payment was made in cash, refunds will be issued in-store as cash. For online purchases, refunds will only be processed back to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase.

Customers who abuse the refund or return policy, such as making frequent return requests or attempting to return used or altered products, may be banned from future purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer attempting to circumvent or exploit our policies.

Please note that Canna Wanna is not responsible for individual reactions, sensitivities, or side effects caused by any product. Every customer’s body is different, and we encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional before using any new product, especially those containing cannabinoids or hemp extracts. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and any health claims made by third-party manufacturers are solely their responsibility.

If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and subject to binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.
