SHIPPING Policy

Whether you’re shopping with us in Orlando or placing an order online, we want to make sure you understand exactly how our shipping process works. This Shipping Policy explains the methods, timeframes, costs, restrictions, and responsibilities associated with shipping products purchased from Canna Wanna. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it immediately. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on regular business days (Monday through Friday) will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and handing off to our shipping carriers.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs, including Standard Ground Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days, and express shipping usually delivers within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you select. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, which will be clearly communicated on our website and during checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Canna Wanna only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Additionally, due to local and state laws, certain products (especially those containing hemp-derived cannabinoids like THC-A, Delta-8, or Delta-10) may be restricted or prohibited in certain states. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before placing an order. If you order a restricted item for your location, your order may be canceled, and you will be refunded, minus any processing fees incurred.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to the nature of some of our products. A valid residential or business street address is required for all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress directly with the carrier. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after the order is shipped.
Signature Requirement
Some orders, particularly those containing high-value products or hemp-derived items, may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package from a nearby facility.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is shipped and the carrier confirms delivery, Canna Wanna is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, we encourage you to first check with family members, neighbors, or building management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. If the package is still missing, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
For packages that arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cannawanna.com or calling us at (407) 521-7923. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void your eligibility for compensation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. This includes the correct recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code. Canna Wanna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an error is noticed after the order is placed, please contact us immediately to request a correction. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. In these cases, you may need to follow our Refund Policy to address any issues.
Weather Delays and Carrier Issues
Canna Wanna is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier operational issues. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, external factors beyond our control may occasionally impact timelines. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and contact the carrier directly for assistance with weather-related delays.
Compliance and Age Verification
All orders containing hemp-derived or tobacco-related products are subject to age verification before shipping. Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase these products. Age verification may be conducted through a secure third-party service during checkout. In some cases, we may require the recipient to show a government-issued photo ID upon delivery. Orders placed by or shipped to individuals under 21 will be canceled, and refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.
Split Shipments
In cases where an order contains multiple items with different availability times (e.g., pre-orders or out-of-stock items), Canna Wanna may, at its discretion, split the shipment into multiple deliveries to avoid delaying the entire order. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by us.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday periods, order processing and shipping times may be longer due to increased volume. We recommend placing orders well in advance of holidays to ensure timely delivery. Canna Wanna is not responsible for delays caused by high seasonal demand.
Special Shipping Requests
If you have any special shipping requests — such as expedited handling, discreet packaging, or special instructions for the carrier — please include these notes when placing your order or contact us directly. While we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee all special requests will be fulfilled.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned to Canna Wanna due to multiple failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees or may request a refund, minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Products that cannot be resold due to the failed delivery (e.g., perishables or opened packages) will not be eligible for refund.
Changes to Our Shipping Policy
Canna Wanna reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in carriers, shipping costs, product availability, or legal requirements. Updated policies will be posted on our website, and customers are encouraged to review this policy before placing new orders.
